I think it's time to start sharing my food intake. I'm not tracking volumes yet, just getting back into the habit of daily documentation. So for today:

Ezekiel 4:9 cereal w/ milk
banana
fake "crab" stick
egg
turkey sandwich
SF pudding
cottage cheese
yogurt
bran muffin

Tonight after work I will have some chicken/veg/rice soup and crackers.

I'm working 12hr today, but plan to go home and do some physical movement for 10 minutes.

Take care BOTTsters!!

Hello BOTT Family,
I'm so excited  I could bend over an kiss my own feet.  It's been almost a week and I haven't ventured down to the snack machine not one time!  I did print out the information posted for Getting Back to the Basics and I'm putting it in my binder for close reference.

After looking at everyones menu this pass week, I think I'm going to change my eating pattern.  While I'm staying within my calorie range I think I'm eating too much or maybe too heavy, so tomorrow I'll be on a different plan.

Almost forgot to come post tonite!   I did 20 min on treadmill and then cleaned out my kitchen cupboards between meetings online!

I am a bit shy on the protein tonite and haven't really snacked today.  Might have a protein pudding yet or better yet protein Hot Chocolate before bed.
