Hi BOTTers!

Happy Wednesday.  I hope everyone is enjoying our group as much as I have.  I had no idea how much fun I've had getting to know all of you.  I'd also like to thank each of you.  Our group and each of you have provided so much motivation and inspiration to me.  Thanks so much!!

In a previous thread we talked about divorcing our trigger food.  Mine is sugar anything.  So, I'm a proud divorcee with Sugar. 
My ex (Sugar) was knocking on my door and wanted to get back together.  I heard Sugar yelling and begging but I did not answer that door.  Eventually Sugar (my craving) went away.  Part of my motivation was that we're BOTTing together.

I'm still sick (ugh) so I'm taking it easy.  No extra activity for me.  I'm going to the doctor tomorrow morning.

My food for today that I'm planning is:

B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
S - Click (I received mine yesterday and have never tried it before.  I'm excited to try it.)
L - Turkey and White Cheddar Kruncheez
S - 1/2 serving of Southwestern Egg Beaters.
D - Turkey and Honey Almond Protein Cereal
S - Vanilla Power Crunch bar

Good Morning Cathy,

Food -

Pre-B - 1/2 protein bar
B - yogurt, TVP and SF french vanilla syrup
S - Primal strip
L - Roast beef and cheese
S - lite vienna sausages
D - Chicken alfredo using whole wheat pasta

Exercise -
30 mins recumbent bike
15 mins Lat pull downs

Congratulations on winning your battle with the Ex.  Keep up the good work!

I'm going to sort of copy what you're eating today - just for fun!

B - 1/2 C cottage cheese with 1/4 blueberries
S - Click (I love, love, love it!)
L - Turkey with cream cheese wrapped around a dill pickle
S - Hard-boiled egg
D - Turkey and Blue Bunny Black Cherry yogurt
S - 12 almonds

Today is going to be a challenge - it started off with 3 donut holes!

I'm leaving work around 10 a.m. to meet my daughter and soninlaw at the hospital - she's having a c-section today around noon, and then Ivy Lorelei will be joining the family. Woogie has learned to say "I'm a Big Bruver!"

So . . . lunch will be out, I guess hospital cafeteria. This afternoon, I will be picking up Woogie at daycare and spending the night with him. I have no idea what they have to cook at their house, so we may stop and eat somewhere.

what a day!

How is Grandma doing I am sure ya got that baby now .  THose grandbabies are the best thing ever happen this side of heaven let me tell ya I got 2 1 boy and 1 girl.
Hope mommy and baby are doing good and of course Daddy too.

Good Day & Blessings to all....

My menu for today is
B- EAS chocolate protein shake
S- swiss cheese & ham roll w/o bread
L- EAS chocolate protein shake
S- 1/2 c. cottage cheese w/cinnamon & splenda
D- 1 c. onion soup w/Unjury unflavored protein
S- EAS chocolate protein shake

at least 100 ounces of water
1 1/2 hrs of cardio (30 mins 3x)

Love this thread.  It gives me lots of motivation and great ideas.  It too just received my click and going to try it today.  Hope you get better soon Cathy.  Here's my food for today.
PB - coffee
B - weight control cinammon oatmeal with walnuts and a litte carmel Torina SF syrup
S - Click
L - turkey and cheese rollup without the bread
S - maybe and apple with a little PB
D - 1 small meatball with some salad

Oh hope to learn to use the fitnesss coach.  Has anyone used this?
