Just an Introduction from Me!

Hi!  I'm glad to be here with you guys and so happy I found this message board.  I had Lap RNY in 5/2005.  I started at about 245 and lost down to 158 with little trouble.  I never reached my goal of 145 but was happy! Over the past year I put back on about 15 lbs.
I started the 5 day pouch diet yesterday and am on day 2 of nothing but shakes, sugar free jello and water.  I have already had over 100 oz of H2O and am looking foward to my cream of chicken soup for dinner!!
