Tuesday - BOTT Cafe & Cardio (Your invitation!)

I haven't planned my meals for sure yet either. But I am meeting friends for walking at the rec center, then the treadmill for a more cardoi workout.

B- sausage and egg
dinner and lunch will probably be a weigh****chers frozen meal of some sort.

I also had a banana and I'm stil drinking coffee.  I'm online right now checking to see what kind of specials the YMCA is offering right now....

I did not do my exercise last night.  I let the evening fly by and didn't even remember I didn't do it until I was on the way to work this morning.  Here's my day's food.  This really makes me plan things out which will help me a lot.

B - protein shake  28g
S- ham and cheese roll up  11g
L - Nutrisystem Chicken and Dumplings  20g
S - ham and cheese roll up  11g
D - cauliflower, cheese, sausage bake  31g

My total calories will be a little over 1200, which for me is very good.

Exercise:  5 minutes on stepper  (whimpy, I know)

Good Morning Ladies!!!!

Already did 30 min (7miles) on the recumbent bike. Getting ready to head down to the basement for my 1st day of weight lifting in probably a month, LOL! I know I'll be hurting, but its a good hurt, right?!?!?!

so far today I've had~

~protein shake
~activia light
~2 eggs w/sharp cheddar cheese

my commitment for the rest of the day is~

~salad w/shaved deli chicken, cheese, croutons and I'm promising myself to go VERY light on the ranch dressing! I found I was really pouring it on over the past few weeks!
~balance protein bar
~meatloaf
~possibly another protein shake or some cottage cheese

Hello everyone!  My food committment for today is:

B: 1 C. Fage with granola
S: almonds
L: Grilled Chicken Salad with lf honey dijon dressing
D: The other half of my lunch salad.

Excercise will be 1 hour of water pilates.  Last night I did an hour on the treadmill.  It had been a week since I was on it so it was tough getting back into my run.  But I did it and lived to tell! Felt great afterwards to!  I hope everyone is having a great day.

I could not put all this onto the daily plate they are having server issues, but this is my plan for the day
0830-Designer whey protein drink with 4 oz skim milk
1000-1 C fage w 1/2 C frozen raspberries and splenda and a sprinkle of bran buds
1200-spring mix lettuce with albacore tuna and spray wishbone dressing
1500-ka****rail mix bar or a cheese stick
1930-baked chicken, brocoli and 1/4 c brown rice with a sprinkle of shredded 2 % cheese over the brocoli
I will be doing Zumba from 6-7 that is why dinner will be so late. I have already had 1/4 of my water and 1/2 of my vitamins. I may walk at lunch as well there are a few people that want to walk indoors on their lunch breaks.

I did Zumba tonight for the first time and feel in love. My old trainer is teaching the class and she is fun and energetic. The hour flew by and I cannot wait until I get the chance to do it again on Thursday.

Wow, did I get a wake up call yesterday.  I got so busy I skipped my oatmeal and first snack, then I ate well the rest of the day, but found myself wanting those "chips" last night.  This was the first time I have wanted to cheat since we started this group.  Boy it's so simple but yet so hard.  Drink your water, eat your protein and our tool works... 

Oatmeal with vanilla whey protein
slice of lean roast beef, LF cheese and SF pickle roll up with peppers and NF dill dip
Apple with peanut butter
protein smoothie
grilled shrimp with salad and steamed veggies
Fage yogurt bowl

Hello Everyone,

Waiting for the icy rain but other than that a good day.

B- Turkey and swiss roll up, Smart Start w/ soy
S- Peanut Butter on whole wheat
L- South Beach wrap kit
S- Lite yogurt and seven cheese cubes
D- Tuna on lettuce with cucumbers and boiled egg
S- Chocolate soy milk peanut butter smoothie with protein.

Exercise is Wii Fit and unlock as many new games as possible

1 protein drink before breakfast snack (i don't make breakfast until about 9:45 after i take my daughter to preschool so i have one of these to hold me over)

2 over hard eggs w/ cheese and salsa on top breakfast

lunch 1/2 whole grain bagle topped heavily with tuna salad, onions and hard boiled egg, and cheese melted in the microwave man i am full
