Already did 30 min (7miles) on the recumbent bike. Getting ready to head down to the basement for my 1st day of weight lifting in probably a month, LOL! I know I'll be hurting, but its a good hurt, right?!?!?!

my commitment for the rest of the day is~
~salad w/shaved deli chicken, cheese, croutons and I'm promising myself to go VERY light on the ranch dressing! I found I was really pouring it on over the past few weeks!

~possibly another protein shake or some cottage cheese

Excercise will be 1 hour of water pilates. Last night I did an hour on the treadmill. It had been a week since I was on it so it was tough getting back into my run. But I did it and lived to tell! Felt great afterwards to! I hope everyone is having a great day.
I could not put all this onto the daily plate they are having server issues, but this is my plan for the day
0830-Designer whey protein drink with 4 oz skim milk
1000-1 C fage w 1/2 C frozen raspberries and splenda and a sprinkle of bran buds
1200-spring mix lettuce with albacore tuna and spray wishbone dressing
1500-ka****rail mix bar or a cheese stick
1930-baked chicken, brocoli and 1/4 c brown rice with a sprinkle of shredded 2 % cheese over the brocoli
I will be doing Zumba from 6-7 that is why dinner will be so late. I have already had 1/4 of my water and 1/2 of my vitamins. I may walk at lunch as well there are a few people that want to walk indoors on their lunch breaks.

Wow, did I get a wake up call yesterday. I got so busy I skipped my oatmeal and first snack, then I ate well the rest of the day, but found myself wanting those "chips" last night. This was the first time I have wanted to cheat since we started this group. Boy it's so simple but yet so hard. Drink your water, eat your protein and our tool works...
Oatmeal with vanilla whey protein
slice of lean roast beef, LF cheese and SF pickle roll up with peppers and NF dill dip
Apple with peanut butter
