Day 3 and Day 4

DAY 3
Durring the day I drank 34 oz of water and juice

Woke up at 745 with the kids but they were not hungry so i dozed off and on until 930 (what a lazy bum i am haha)

Breakfast: Water and Daily Vit....LATER Chocolate Milk ((in a 10 oz glass) 8 small ice cubes (4oz), 5 oz 1% milk and chocolate nsa breakfast drink mix)

Lunch: 4 oz Beef Stew (ing. beef, beef broth, tomato, elbo mac, carrots, corn, grean beans, onion, pickle juice, garlic) and 4 saltens

Was hungry 2 hrs later so instead of a snack i ate more stew (4 oz)

Dinner: less then 1 oz pork chop (testing doneness for kids), less then 1 oz cheder rice (didn't like taste... yuck!, and 8 chunks of pineapple.

Snack: less then 1/2 cup quaker squares with 1 oz peanut butter

Sleep around 1230 (fell asleep on sofa...)

No walking, Day Off

DAY 4
(Down 2 lbs!!!!)

Woke up at 530 (then at 630 and 645....I was soooo tired!!!)
Through out the day I drank 32 oz diet lemon tea, 16 oz water

Breakfast: Water and Daily Vit....  LATER Choc. Milk Shake

Lunch: 1/2 cup (4oz) left over spagetti pie (YUMMMYYYY)

Dinner: Chocolate Milk Shake (4oz ice, 5 oz 1% milk, choc nsa mix)

Snack: 1/2 Banana, 1-2 oz peanuts (in shells...)

Snack: 1/2 cup quaker squares 1 oz peanut butter

Thanks for the update on your days.  I also post a daily accountability type of post where all of us can post our food planned for the day, any changes from the previous day and our activity.  The post is the day of the week - BOTT Cafe & Cardio.
