BOTT - What have you noticed?
To keep the good back on track times rolling, I wanted to ask everyone what have you noticed since being on track?
For me, I feel more confident and empowered being not so controlled by grazing and sugar junk. I feel happier. I'm not controlled by sugar and grazing but I'm controlling it! I think of the saying "Nothing feels as good as thin feels" and I'd like to change it for all of us BOTTers, "Nothing feels as good as being on track."

That feeling of control is so wonderful. I'm going to remember that NO food is worth surrendering that feeling.

So far I already feel better about myself - eating right, getting off the carbs I've been eating/craving so much lately, and getting in lots of veggies! This makes my tummy happy and we all know when tummy's happy, we're all happy!!

Two days - that's great! I'm glad you're a BOTT. You're really hitting it with Tae-Bo Boot Camp (that is NOT easy) and Sparkpeople boot camp.
You are so right....when my tummy's happy, everything else with me is happy too!

I am delighted by the pain (slight) that I feel in my muscles from working out yesterday. It reminded me that I am strong and as much as I don't like exercise on some days, I need it to be healthy.
Yay for me! Yay for us!!

I just joined this evening, so will really be joining in starting tomorrow, but today I did spend 1 hr 45 min at the pool with my 8yo and although I didnt swim, more just paddling around and walking in the flowing path they have, plus walking up 30 steps or so to get on the water slide, I still did more moving than I have been lately and it felt good. Tomorrow the gym for at least 1 hr
