Back On Track Together

I resolve........

....to take control and to start with reasonable and manageable goals.

1.  WATER, WATER, WATER!!!!
2.  Back to Water aerobics 2 times a week.
3.  Protein, protein, protein!!

No goals for weight loss for me right now..I need to journal and get with the "program" again and give it the full attention I did at the beginning of this journey. 

So who is with me in being successful in attaining and maintaining these changes??
