Saturday - BOTT Food and Move!

I know we haven't officially named our accountability threads but I wanted to start it off today.

I'm still sick so I'm not going to run marathons today.  I don't feel good enough to do much but when I'm better, I'll get my activity going.

I commit to my food today:

B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese w/Ranch Kernel Seasoning.
L - 1 ounce of deli sliced turkey and 1 bag of Kay's Natural's Kruncheez.
S - 1 ounce turkey jerky (maybe a bag of Kay's Naturals Protein Cereal dry to snack on).
D - Southwestern Egg Beaters.
S - Chocolate Power Crunch bar.

You better hurry up and get better.  We were thinking of calling this thread BOTT's Cafe with a side of Cadio...

What do you think?  We are running out, will post my eats and moves when I get back.

Oh Botts Cafe and Cardio sounds good!

B- Protein Coffee 32 gr protein

S. 2 pieces 2% cheese 14 gr protein

L.  2 hard boiled eggs with a dollop of Mayo < then teaspoon 14 gr

S. skipped

D. 4 oz meatballs dipped in sweet and sour  2 slices fresh tomato 28 gr pro

S. Maybe 100 calorie popcorn bag not sure yet.

I did the treadmill this morning and I am setting up Wii tomorrow.  I have Wii fit and dance revolution for starters.   Going to check and see if sis wants to sell her elliptical machine.  She says she never uses it anymore.

ETA: At least 80 oz of water!

Just got back from dinner.....

30 mins on the treadmill this morning and some core work on the ball.

Protein Smoothie
Portein bar
Cold shrimp and salad with Trader Joe's NF dressing
Apple with Peanut butter
Grilled fish, sweet potato and steamed veggies
Snack later will be Fage Yogurt, Cinnamon SF sryup, apples and cinnamon

Feel better

Lazy Saturday for me, didn't get out of bed till 10am so my day is running late.
Breakfast: 2 cups Coffee w/splenda & 6 tsp ID creamer
2 slices Fiber One Multi grain bread w/ 1/2 c cottage cheese
Lunch (out): roasted chicken leg & back, green beans and a cup of chicken noodle soup w/ 1 saltine cracker...
Snack (while food shopping): med DD french vanilla coffee w/splenda and skim milk
Dinner (later): shrimp w/****tail sauce, small salad w/FF dressing.
S: maybe a jello sf pudding cup or tea and a protein bar...

Happy Saturday!  I love the name Bott Cafe with a Side of Cardio....good one!

I'm psychologically gearing up for going full force BOTT on Monday, but I haven't done so bad with my eating.  Yes, Kathy...I know I'm lacking in the protein department....that is what happens when I don't PLAN.  And not having enough protein absolutely contributes to grazing.  Will be working on that!

B: 1/2 bagel with light cream cheese
L: to the movies (Tale of Despereaux), Kids Meal of a Nathan's Hot Dog, small fries
S: Bookstore--Starbucks Mocha Light Hot---YUCK!!  I only had a few sips and found it way too sweet for my taste. 
1/2 of an Oh Yeah Protein Wafer (1 bar)
D: forkfull of pasta, 1 beef meatball

I will try to get in a protein shake tonight.

Not done with my vites yet!!!

Here is my menu for today ...since it has been well over a year tracking food this was hard and shocking seeing how quickly the calories added up, no wonder I was gaining!  So with these choices I am at 1471 cal and 100 protein.

B - omelet w/ a few olives and cheese
S - starbucks iced doubleshot
L - deli cut roast beef and provolone roll ups
S - yogurt
D - Family went to KFC, I had about 4 bites of the chicken bowl, 2 chicken wings
S - had a handful of peanuts (i was really craving chocolate)

**edited to add dinner, not the greatest of choices but according to the daily plate and my total calories suggested for me I am 1 over!

Worked out 1 1/2 hours of cardio and weight training with trainer.  Damn...I'm out of shape!

Bkfst - coffee, 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - TJ's red pepper/tomato soup, 1 swiss cheese
Snack - 1/2 fage
Dinner - sliced roast beef, peppers, cheese broiled & rolled up
Snack  - 1/2 fage w/honey
