Hi Barb,
You read my mind! I was going to post something like this too. I love your list.
I know for me, I need distractions when the head hunger starts talking (or screaming) at me. I've found if I do something else, it will pass. For me, in relosing my regained weight, distractions were a huge help. I had some of my favorites that worked.
51. Do something with my hands - for me, I have my own Nintendo DS and I have a few favorite games. I use my DS, pop in a mindless game yet one that I enjoy. It keeps my brain and hands busy.
52. Scrapbook or do some sort of craft (knitting, crocheting, cross-stitch, etc.) to do.
53. Go outside. Get yourself out of the environment (kitchen) and change your perspective.
54. Plant a garden or flowers and take care of them.
55. Catch up on e-mails.
Thanks for your great post!
Cathy

Hi Barb,
Kathy and I are putting together some guidelines and content for our BOTT. I was seriously putting together a list of my own "Things To Do Instead Of..." I would like to include your list above in that list. Would you mind if I included it? There will be other items on the list too. Yours though is really a great list!
From the thread, other BOTTers could add their own too.
Thanks very much! Cathy
