What do you want to call our food thread? What did you eat today, Friday.
Well today was a good food day, for the most part. I had to go to my second job, I work at a Cafe/Candy Shop and I did 7+ hrs today. I made sure to pack my dinner so I could stay on track and the only thing I had other than what I brought was
about an 1/8 c of home made gelato...We are required to try it so we can describe it to customers...today was drive Laurie crazy day...I so was hoping the new stock would come out tomorrow(I'm not working again now til Thursday) but I tried just a bite of the 5 new flavors...my boss promised no new flavors til Valentines Day..thank god for that...
My Day: Breakfast
1 serving oatmeal, splenda & cinnamon, 1/8 cup chopped pecans
1 cup Simply Smart Skim Milk, 2 cups coffee, 2 tbsp ID creamer....
Snack:
orange and slice of cheese.
Lunch:
small salad (grape tomatoes,cucumber,celery, baby greens)
3 oz of shrimp, 2 tbsp Walden Farm honey dijon dressing.
Snack at work:
1/8 cup gelato
Dinner:
1 cup Greek Yogurt, splash of SF vanilla syrup, 1/2 cup bing cherries (TJ frozen) 1/4 granola (cranberries/almonds/Kashi go lean crunch)
Snack after work:
1 slice Fiber One bread toasted, 1/4 c cottage cheese...
1 small cup coffee w/slash of regular milk...(at work)
protein total 72.5 grams cal:about 1,100 100 oz water
exercised 30 minutes (Wii Running, Yoga, Balance) love this game....
How bout Bott daily food journal? It's late that's all I got...

Snack 1 - green beans with almonds, garlic and some spray butter
lunch: steak, onions and tomato sauce
snack 2 - sf pudding (the dulce de leche is delicious)
dinner - steak, onions and tomato sauce but not very much
snack 3 - the one i'm least proud of: two handfuls of golden grahams cereal
not a bad day for me but definitely some room for improvement, i'll work on that today and move forward! ANDI

bf- 3oz cottage cheese & 1.5 oz peaches shared with my lil baby(lol)
went work had coffee 1liter of water and vit/supplemnts
s- string cheese & half a fiber one bar
l- 3.5 oz chili w/beans and teaspoon sour cream
more water and 1/2 cup more of coffee
s- green beans
