I reached a low of 140 and now i'm at 157 i'm so not proud of that and I am not interested in hearing about "bounce back" what i want is the 140 body that I had! ANDI
ps today is my first day back to basics and I think i can feel my skin and the kids are working my last nerve and I have this urge to curse like i have tourette's syndrom and my meds aren't working so I know i'll doing fine!

Welcome, Welcome, Welcome go back and look over your old journal and see what worked for you when you got to goal.... I found I gave myself more attention and planned better. I got away from those tools.

Okay, so you're up a few pounds. It isn't 20 because 20 turns into more and more before you know it. You've become aware and proactive doing something about it.
When I regained weight, I felt so disappointed and discouraged. One of the things that helped me is that I lost it once so I could do it again. Granted, it came off slower than it did the first time after I had my surgery. But....it did come off. So will yours.
Congratulations on your first day. With each day that you're back to the basics, you create a momentum of success.

I haven't gained yet but I am fast approaching that run way! Today, I am back to 3 meals and 2 snacks. And the treadmill is set back up again!
DH is in for a rough few days here, but he is going to be doing this right along with me! He gained over the holiday vacation and I didn't go through this past 20 months just to lose him to obesity!
I want to at least see 150 but it doesn't have to be soon, just eventually. But if I don't get back on track I will be back up to 300 before I know it!
