Back On Track Together
This is great!
I am so glad to see this group. This kind of support is so important. It is so strange, I started a challenge at work that was called Get Back On Track, we finished it at Thanksgiving.
We are starting a new challenge in January. we will be walking and tracking our progress on a map of the United States.
One way I keep on track is to do challenges at work, support is so very important to me and I think it is to everyone. I have a huge support network. I do the challenges at work, I participate in the wellness program at work and set goals with them. I completed all my goals this year. I run the local support group and have made many wonderful friends that way and have found great support there.
One of my favorite ways to stay motivated is to set mini goals and reward myself when I reach that goal. I usually try to set the goal in a non scale type of way thougt=h, I have found that works better for me. I usually set a goal having to do with going to the gym and exercising. Rewards almost always involve getting new, smaller size clothes. Which is great fun.
I just wish my husband understood how important these goals and rewards are to my success, that is an ongoing point of contention for us. He is definitely old school when it comes to money, we do not see eye to eye. But it is all good and I have to do what I have to do to be successful.......and I will.
Thanks again for this great group.
