Thanks for letting be a member of this group Cathy and Kathy!

I am very excited to be a part of it!  I had a preop eating disorder of binge eating.  It will always be a struggle to not want to do this and yes I have fallen off the wagon a couple times since surgery but for the most part able to maintain my weight.  I do believe it is mainly to do with my support that I have.  I run a support group in my area and I am on OH and have many friends that I chat with on a daily basis.  I also have my rock, my husband, who will be 7 years out in May who is doing well.

Thanks for your post!!  I'm glad your here with us on our BOTT (Back On Track Together) group. 

It sounds as though you have a great foundation of support available to you.  As you know, having support is so important and can make such an incredible difference in our success.  Of course, as you know, ultimately it is up to us but doing it together (thus the name of our group) enhances our success.

I'm glad that you've joined and you're already posting.  Kathy and I are so excited to get and stay back on track together.
