Hi,
Just reading back old posts, and saw yours. I hope you were able to get back on track. I find myself in the same boat and today I am committed but tommorrow who knows? I have had alot of life ups and downs too and think thats why I emotional eat and disregard all of the rules. I have gained and feel terrrible, too. I hope you found the strength to get back on trac. Good luck.

 (((((  )))))) U can do it too  !!!

gosh i rmember all the years I spent beating myself up  for my weight ...

Weight  isnt the be all and the end all. I only realized that post op when there were SO MANY things about my life I needed  to fix that  were not weight related at all.

Maybe if I had fixed THEM first  i would have given myself WLS  a lot sooner or at least made peace with my weight , lived a nice gratifying , somwhat larger sized life  until I got  ready to have WLS .

big hugs and welcome     Im so glad Ure HERE

I just feel so out of control.  I was shocked by how long ago I wrote that and how long I've been a coward.  WOW!  I am so out of control,  My scale just died on us and I haven't been able to replace it and KNOW I am gaining weight by the way my pants don't fit.  When I had the scale it at least made me aware.  I'm crazy and think it's a free for all or something.  If it's not food it's booze, I wish I could have this obsession or love of or excuse of and for exercising.  No such luck.  I developed planter facitis which has killed the walking I was doing.  What the heck is wrong with me?

I am not sure if this is still an active blog or not but I hope so.  I have slipped big time and gained back 30 of my 100 lbs.  I have joined weigh****chers in an effort to get back on track.  I moved from Viirginia where I had my surgery and lost the best support group.  It seems like no one around me seems interested in being much support so I feel really alone.

IN NEED OD HELP AND SUPPORT

Hi Yvonne,

My name is also Yvonne and I can definitely relate to your situation.  I've just joined this group as well, looking for support and ideas to get back on track.  My Rny was in 2007 and I've regained 60 of the 93# that I originally lost.  Maybe we can support eachother to get back on track.  :)

PLEASE stop sending me automated messages to join this site.  I am already on this site.

Hi Lynn,

The one message that you PM'd me about was to all BOTT members as a monthly check-in that I do.  The first sentence stated that you were receiving the PM because you are a BOTT member.  It was not asking you to join.  It was sent because you are a member of BOTT.

The second message was sent out for those members that are not BOTT members.  There was a portion in the PM toward the end acknowledging that if you belonged to the groups that thanked you for being a member.

In the future if you don't wish to receive the PMs, you can just delete them when they appear in your in-box.

Thanks, Cathy

Cathy
