FRIDAY NIGHT OPEN MEET AND GREET – ****TAIL HOUR FROM 5 TO 7 CASH BAR WITH HORDORVES. DINNER TO BE DECIDED BY GROUP ONCE EVERYONE ARRIVES. THIS IS TO BE HELD IN THE LOBBY AND LOUNGE AREA SATURDAY – BREAKFAST SERVED IN THE RESTRAUNT (THIS IS NOT INCLUDED IN TICKET PRICE) FREE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST AS WELL AS HOT BREAKFAST. Hot breakfast there is a charge .

12:30 PM LUNCH (INCLUDED IN TICKET PRICE)
1:30 PM WOMENS SESSION AND SPEAKER
2:30 PM MENS SESSION AND SPEAKER
3:30 PM BREAK
4:30 PM GROUP SESSION RESUMES IN BALL ROOM
5:30 PM RETURN TO ROOM FOR BREAK
6:30 PM ****TAIL HOUR – WITH HORDORVES BLACK TIE FORMAL 7:30 PM DINNER – AND BEFORE AND AFTER PRESENTATION
9:00 PM - 12 MIDNIGHT – DJ AND DANCING HOTEL INFORMATION WILL BE ON MY PROFILE OR YOU CAN VISIT

If you want to attend this you will need to email me so I can send you an address to mail your money for your ticket too. YOU MUST HAVE A TICKET IN ORDER TO GET IN TO THESE EVENTS. NO TICKET NO ENTRY. THERE WILL BE SECURITY AT OUR EVENT. CHECK OR MONEY ORDER ONLY EMAIL ME AT : [email protected] In order to make this event a success, there must be at least 40 people to buy tickets. Right now I have 20 rooms blocked off for us. If we need more I can get more. The ticket cost will cover all the events, vendors and sessions. I am really looking forward to this being one of the most successful events yet. I am working hard on getting us great vendors and I do have some awesome speakers for us. Cutoff date to make the decision on whether this event is a go is NOVEMBER 5TH. By this date if there is not 40 people signed up and paid for, the event will be canceled. The Airport you will want to book your flight into is RICHMOND INTERNATIONAL. THERE IS NOT A SHUTTLE FOR THE AIRPORT FOR THIS HOTEL. YOU WILL NEED TO ARRAINGE TRANSPORTATION TO THE HOTEL . However , Hyatt is set up with Groom Transportation. Let them know this when you book your room that you will need Groom to pick you up from the airport. I am hoping to see you there and make this a true NEW YEAR … NEW YOU

I have been goofing off. I did not lose any weight this last week. I am still at 242, so his week I am going to kick it up a notch. I am giving up breads, sweet and simple carbs until I at least get down to 230. I want to be back to 220 by the wedding, and that is only 27 days away.

Since I have started working again, I have re lost 38 of the 60 pounds I regained. I am down to 242 pounds.

Did you know that OH has a section marked tools for us to use? One of the main ones I use is the food tracker . I promise you , that if you use this , you will be able to see what you are eating on a daily basis and keep aware of your calories and fat intake . OH has gone above and beyond to provide this for us . Let's all try to take advantage of all they give to us to help us along our journey.
