Topic: Tips for tackling the upcoming Holidays Season!
Additionally, this will also be our Holiday party. Please plan on bringing a WLS-friendly food or drink to share. No need to bring a large amount since we can all only have a ‘taste.’ It would also be helpful if you could provide the recipe to share with the group. Supportive family members and friends are also welcome. Children are also welcome. It is often helpful for our home support system to hear other’s experiences in this journey. Next Support Group meeting is 11/13/10 @ 10am to noon!
Topic: We will be joining Faith! A Personal Trainer from South Tampa. We will meet and have a small meeting and then head to South Tampa for a little Boot Camp Workout. IT IS GOING TO BE A BLAST!
So this meeting will be short so that we can get to South Tampa to meet up with Faith Clough at noon.
Bring a protein snack so you will have something to eat before your workout and a bottle of water.
Everyone is welcome to join our boot camp, this is FREE.

If you are not able to workout, you are still welcome to come and lend support and get some good workout advise.
Bring your workout clothes & change at the lodge or wear them to support group.
