Do you get that same feeling.....

Do you get that same feeling when you re lose the weight that you regained, as you did with your initial weight loss?  I didn't think that I would, but after re losing 32 pounds of the 60 pounds that I regained, I'm very excited.

I will admit though, it's not easy; this has taken a lot of hard work.
