Well I finally did it! I got back to the gym last week and I have started some new habits. Like walking stairs at work.  I walk/ran 5 miles yesterday and was on top of the world. So we will see what this does for my weight loss this week.  I am doing some weight lifting now too, so I am sure I will gain some muscle BUT all in all I feel good about ME!

So what has you moving today???

 Sounds like a plan.
Its great when we finally decide that  We. are in Charge...
 For the last 3 weeks i have been doing water aerobics  .....which I love.... I can feel the areas that are sore at night...so I know its helping...
With my census job, I have to do alot of staircases.. so I am using this as my Stairmaster class...
plus with the new Swim spa on the lanaii I can do some leg exercises at nightl
I need to get into weight lifting to help these arms...I
soo wish u lived closer...I need an exercise buddy...
lol
