What is your favorite weight loss surgery friendly recipe?

Mine is a pretty simple one.  I just take a bag of Ceasar salad mix, easy enough just mix everything in the bad.  Grill a couple of skinless boneless chicken breasts with nothing more than a little salt, pepper, and a light brushing of olive oli.  Add the sliced chicken breast to the ceasar salad,  and I have a nice grilled chicken ceasar salad.

My favorirte recipe to make ... to complinent my lifestyle is a Tex Mex Taco Salad .
I have started going more organic , so I keep in mind of looking for the freshest , home grown items as I can .  Organic and Natural has changed my life . I feel so much better eating this way. Don't get me wrong .. I love me some fried seafood .. ( Counting on some soon )
Enjoy !

Check out the protein levels . Whoot !! I use Turkey most times , but a good ground beef is also good. I try to watch my fat count .. but this is a type of meat that if using beef , you need a little fat.

Let me know how it turns out .. and hell .. take a pic . I am going to start a group on FB called WLS FOOD PORN .. and get people to make dishes , share the recipes and send in pics.. I want to start a book.. and have it available at Christmas time for folks to buy , and all proceeds go towards all of us getting together next year and the funds used to purchase food and beverage one night .. etc ..

Let me know how it turns out....

Love and Hugs,

Tink
