Up in flames

Monday, no Carbs; Tuesday, no carbs until a late night run for blueberry coffee got me in trouble with a cinnaom raisin bagel; Wednesday, carbed out; I suck!!!  Oh well I'll try again tomorrow.

That was my fault, I will work on that! HUGS

Hey .. the great thing about our lives now, is we get do -overs .. Now get back on that road .. and keep on driving ..

I do not know how you do it with Kris's cooking .. OMG .. I love her Meatballs , No Alan loves the meatballs ..
