I would like to welcome all new members.  Also, let please remember what happened on this day 8 years ago. 

Well TGIF, it has been a short week, but yet a long week for me.  I hope everyone had a great week and is looking forward to a beautiful afternoon.  Remember if you ever need to talk, I am always available.  My email and phone number are on my first blog.

I will answer any questions that I can and help you through the journey of your new life.

Welcome Everyone

This is the first official day of A New You support group.  I am very excited to start this new journey in my life, and I am excited that you chose this group to stand behind you and support you in your journey.  I am working on getting my meetings scheduled for October and hope to have more details soon.  If you ever need to talk or just want to ask me a question, feel free to email me at [email protected] or you can call me at (815) 685-4015.
