Hi everyone, my name is William. I have started this group because I have some experience with the problem that 60+ % of the country has......OBESITY!Well I have recently stumbled across some information along with just completing my education as a massage therapist. Which has taught me tons of anatomy and physiology regarding the human body. My sister is also a holistic healthcare practitioner, nutritional consultant, and master herbalist, so I have a lot of help if I don't have the answer.
