Let's Get Fit!!!!

 I am out to inspire and challenge everyone not just to change themselves and their attitude but once you have started with yourself don't stop there, begin to inspire and challenge others.  In doing so you will change the world I promise you!   I am currently 100lbs overweight, yes I am obese too,  therefore I am not being hypocritical as someone who has always been thin or who used to be fat but now looks like Sylvester Stallone yelling at you to get your fat rear down and give me 20.   No I would never do that, some of this is not going to just require nutritional meal replacement though, it's going to require some hard work after you get started.    Start out by adding one thing healthy to your diet in place of something unhealthy once a week.  Then start doing 1 exercise once a day, just one and I don't care if it's 5 push ups, 5 crunches, or 5 jumping jacks but do 5 reps of something and do that every week until you at the end of 1 month will be doing 4 exercises per day imagine it's really that easy.  We're going to ease into this.  No one has to be afraid it's going to hurt because it doesn't have to.  If you can't do those exercises because of your weight then modify them to something you can do. We'll talk more later when I actually have some members.
