Topic: RE: Anyone had more than 1 stall so soon?
I'm having another stall and still struggling with my water. I'm hoping to increase my fluids and break this. Don't be discouraged, we're in this together.

I've had several stalls - usually about the time I change what I'm eating. Seems upping the protein and wateintake and exercise will break it.

Hi all! This is my first time posting here since I got sleeved, hope all of you Dec. sleevers are doing well! I'm in my second stall and feeling a little discouraged, anyone else had more than one stall since surgery?? I'm doing everything righ****er, protein, exercise and I'm still stuck. I'm 8 weeks out...my first stall came at 3 weeks and lasted 2 weeks. I lost weight the fifth week and have been stalled since my 6 week follow up on Jan 10th.
Topic: RE: how are you guys doing on water?
I'm having trouble with my water but working on it. My tastes have changed so much. Before surgery I loved plain iced tea or the crystal light version now I can't stand it so I've been trying other flavors.

Sleeved 12/22 and my TOTAL liquid intake is still well below 64oz, but I'm doing the best that I can. I'm not getting dehydrated by any means either - hell pre-surgery I probably didn't have 64oz of liquid on any given day! I'll just keep pluggin' away at it and the protein until I'm where I need to be.

That's awesome! I believe the minimum is 64 oz, so if you're able to get it all in, it'll help flush you out - keep you hydrated, help with energy, etc.
My sleeve date was 12/21 and I can get in the 64oz of water. The last few days, I have been getting nearly 20oz (or more today...32) from 7PM-9PM, because I'm slacking off with the water at work.
How are you doing with your bathroom trips while getting your water in? Have you noticed if you go more or less since surgery, or had you always been good with getting your fluids in and it hasn't really changed? I've always been like a camel - and I've had kidney function tests, the endocrinologist says my body gets rid of water in different ways. It's like I have to remind myself to pee during the day, LOL!

Was wondering what everyone's experience with drinking water is like? I had the sleeve on 12/12 and I am able to drink 64 oz of water a day, is that unusual, i was reading on the main message board and others said they weren't able to drink more than 16-20. Please let me know!
Topic: RE: Question?
I was sleeved on December 19, 2011, and chose to only tell immediate family members. I didn't want anyone to try to talkme out of it.
Topic: RE: ticker
I am with you, my ticker doesn't even show up when I post. Hope you get an answer, it will help me out as well.
Thanks!
