December 2011 Sleevers
how are you guys doing on water?
That's awesome! I believe the minimum is 64 oz, so if you're able to get it all in, it'll help flush you out - keep you hydrated, help with energy, etc.
My sleeve date was 12/21 and I can get in the 64oz of water. The last few days, I have been getting nearly 20oz (or more today...32) from 7PM-9PM, because I'm slacking off with the water at work.
How are you doing with your bathroom trips while getting your water in? Have you noticed if you go more or less since surgery, or had you always been good with getting your fluids in and it hasn't really changed? I've always been like a camel - and I've had kidney function tests, the endocrinologist says my body gets rid of water in different ways. It's like I have to remind myself to pee during the day, LOL!

Sleeved 12/22 and my TOTAL liquid intake is still well below 64oz, but I'm doing the best that I can. I'm not getting dehydrated by any means either - hell pre-surgery I probably didn't have 64oz of liquid on any given day! I'll just keep pluggin' away at it and the protein until I'm where I need to be.
