Not sure honestly. We'll see. At the moment, I'm just starting.
I need to do this for me. I am not happy. I have been over weight for all of my adult life.
This almost seems overwhelming, and I'm just at the beginning of this journey.
Once I achieve my goal weight I will then be able to have a hip replacement.
I need to lose at least 100 lbs if not more. But my 1st Goal is 100 big ones.
i am afaid i won't beable to lose the weight.
I want to lose the baby wieght and get back down to a healthy wieght. Just got my 2nd band tighting
I have already lost seventy five pounds and i am felling great already
I'm hoping to have the wight loss surgery by July.
