i am hoping I am cleared for Gastric bypass surgery and leading up to that I am going to do as much research as I can and read as many testimonials as I can to find out how to better equip myself for success. Failure is not an option!
I plan to watch my food intake and to up my exercise program.

Continue to to the gym and working harder than ever before. Cut out junk food which is my weakness.
I have an amazing group of supportive friends and significant other. I hadnt realized the willpower that I have to accomplish this goal.
I will seek the community of others who share my struggle, including the on-site support group at my doctor's office and this online community. My goal is one in-person support group meeting per week for the first three months, starting January 9.
