Back on protein drinks, vitamins, quit eating when full. Walk/exercise every day.

Eat better, follow physician's plan, and exercise.
My heaviest was 306, I'm about 220 now.
I'm aiming for 140, maybe 130. We will see when we get there.
10 lbs at a time!
I am about to turn 40. I hopefully will have surgery by November.
I am told this is an aggressive goal but it is achievable
