I when I'm happy and when I'm sad. I sometimes think I am addicted to food!!
This is an ongoing battle for me that I hope I can over come. The thing I struggle with the most.
This is probably the most difficult because I have to identify when I am eating due to emotions.
Along with exercise, this has to be the foundation of this lifestyle change.
This will be my greatest challenge.
There are times when I seems to be off this roller coaster, and then without warning its back!
I must learn and practice new ways of coping with emotions that don't involve eating/stuffing.
