I a running 3 times a week and have been trying my best to stick to the post-op diet plan

set small goals in between for my meal plans, exercise, and mental preparedness. Share my goal with my daughter who is also on this journey.
Exercise 5 times a day, take my vitamins, eat my protein and stay hydrated.
I'm getting the vertical sleeve and use it as a tool.
I plan to be fit, FABULOUS by Fifty!
