My husband and I are planning to sign up for the next Firefly run in Atlanta, which is 10/5/13
I'm hoping to do The Color Run in NYC in 2013.
I have never been able to run. I would love to learn to run...get my breathing under control.
I will run the Dam to Dam 5k next June.
If my surgery comes through in the next 45 days then I am going to try and run a 5K by 12/31/10
I have walked several of the 5K race but have never been in good enough shape to run in one
Just started training to run a 5k by July or August
I have been running a a treadmill for over a month now...I use to run a lot when I was younger...
