Take my vitamins multi/iron/cal-mag and drink plenty of water.
I've always struggled with getting enought H2O. I've tried adding flavor packets, not much help!
Today I'm 7 days from WLS, choosing to make the best decision for me 1 moment @ a time.
I have a problem taking my Vitamins, eating my Protein and drinking my H2O. With your help I will!
I'm eating too much and drinking compulisely. Gain of 5 pounds is the proof. Want 118 back.
