I'm doing more reading and journaling and trying to get back on track.
This goal will probably take a long to reach. I am hoping with the help of my psychiatrist I can.
I eat when I'm sad, but not when I'm angry. I want to control my emotions.
I am such a stress eater. I have a lot of soul searching to do to figure this one out.
I hope to begin this immediately
