              My sister (really good friend) had already run a 10k and her second one is next week. We're starting small to build up to something bigger.
 
              
              Continue to work out with my Girl Trek and BGR sisters as well as follow my Couch to 5K app

              Once I lose more weight, I want to start running. I will set small term goals with my running until I feel like I can run for some distance without my lungs hurting.
 
              
              I will start training once I reach a number on the scale that is less than 200 pounds
 
              
              Start jogging then running as I am able. Currently swimming - continue that as well.
 
              
              On My Birthday I want to Run/Walk 5k
 
              
              Signed up for my 5k! September 1st and its a MUD RUN!
