I remember getting my driver's license at 16 and telling them I weighed 190 when it was really 220.
I think a healthy weight for me would be 170, but getting under 200 will be wonderful.
I have to get this weight under control again. I want to start feeling healthy again.
I was at 195 before i quit smoking on easter...now im back up to 210...got a fill today so here goes
For once ever, I would like to weigh less than my husband!He's currently 219.
