Only 6 months of doctor appt's, and I'm there. September here I come!!
I have meet with Dr. Thirlby at Virginia Mason in Seattle.
I have finished all the tests the surgeon required. Now to wait for insurance and a date!
I am at gealth weight for surgery but want to drop a few more before i go into the surgery
yes, finally!!
I submitted my paperwork and my insurance approved my surgery on 2/27/09. Now to set a date!
All I have left to do is one more visit with my PCP.
When my doctor told me that based on my BMI alone---I would qualify for the surgery. I was so happy.
my first goal is to get insurance approval. My paperwork was submitted to my insurance last week
I'm looking forward to getting approved for WLS and on my way to a healthier lifestyle.
The wait is long, but necessary.
I'm ready to start my new life, just need to wait a little longer I suppose.
