I have never been able to cross my legs without it looking like wrong. My legs would hardly cross at all but at my ankles. During my psych eval that is the one thing I told the Dr I want to be able to do. I FINALLY CAN AND IT FEELS GREAT
I just wanted to add myself on to this goal as it was something I wanted to be able to do. Since losing the first 100 lbs, I am happy to report I can (I just tried LOL)
I was very mindful of what I ate and did for exercise. Seeing that I slowly made progress made me feel happier and more motivated.
