Eat right and exercise and losing 25 lbs. by VSG date 6/15/2016. Following medical/nutritionist's advice to lose other 28 lbs to hit 199 by my 50th birthday.
I'm going to get to Onederland and stay there so I don't ever go back to 3 high blood pills a day, back to being a diabetic and checking insulin 2-3 x day is NOT an option!
I kept eating healthy foods and the portions I was able to eat. Results were quick!:)
