I use to walk everyday for 2-3 miles. Since having the baby I have yet to work out and I need to!
Minimum
I want to excercise a MINIMUM of 3 days a week.
My neighborhood is a perfect 1/4 mile circle. I'll get out there and walk at least 4 times this week
I am going to excersize a minimum of 3 times a week. Including cardio and weights
I'm a nursing asst i work a lot of and the last thing i want to do when i come home is work out
Joined Life Time fitness a month agon and have been going 2-4 times a week.
Swimming or walking
Excercising 3 times a week is just a start. I want to gradually increase to 4 days&more. Baby steps.
I already made it this week and I'm still going!
Even if I have to walk in place at work this is more exercise than what I've been doing.
I've joined Curves and need to get into the habit!
