I'd like to be able to do some yoga stretches and poses post-op but I realize I won't be able to do much.. Would a yoga for pregnancy DVD, with moderate to low use, work??

Hi Stefanie, I know this is coming to you months after your post, but it looked like no one answered you and I thought I might try to help. I bought a book that was yoga for pregnancy. My belly gets in the way a lot when I try to stretch so I thought it might help!! I think they work to try not to stretch the ab muscles too much because it is safer that way. I think it should be okay for you to try these. You know when your body tells you something isn't right, so just listen for it to talk to you and do what you can. I am still pre-op but have done a little yoga and I really enjoy it!! I am looking forward to a time when I can get in there and really be able to get properly into the poses. I hope this helps. If nothing else, you can always use it when you get pregnant!! Bren
