Hello on the lap band forum they talk about platuea sp is probably wrong but theres a platuea diet that you can use you do it for 10 days I think Hope you get the losing back I am a year out and have lost 30 some pounds cannt seem to get the right amt in the port [I hope I am using he right terms] but we are working on it

Ok I guess I really do need to get one started first thing in the morning but so far today its been a protein drink and my pills so I could start today after we get back its gonna be a long day VA car parts place UGGGGGGG daughter in law take her to get some bread at a outlet store here Wal Mart for yet another antibio. I have a bladder infection and had been on one since last week and it wont take care of it then seems like something else oh mail a box to my daughter

I have bad news. When I called today Tabs VM said she would be out all week. I have to wait till Monday to get scheduled and I am sure she will have lots of people wanting to schedule. augh. But i guess my throat will be fine by then.
