I would up the water intake to more that 80 oz a day. It is difficult but I know you can do it.
Sometimes what we need to do is to jump start our bodies and shock a bit and get it going again. Maybe you can do the 5 day pouch test to get you going?

exercise ,ride bike, go swimming, throw away all diab. stuff thats the first thing to go......
I take 50 grams of protein. Plus what I get in the food I eat.
this is my normal day
8:30 - 25 grams of protein
10:30 1 boiled egg and 1 pickel
1:30 8 oz of lowfat chili or beans ( made at home ) 5 crackers or 1 small peice of cornbread
3:30 - 4oz fat free refried beans and 100 calorie pack of wheat thins
4:30 25 grams of protein
6:30 salad or 4 oz peice of fish
8:30 1/2 bag of smart pop popcorn or a low sugar low fat fudgecycle
64 oz of water throughout the day
How did go? What did they say?

Like I said in one of my other posts. I am new to the eatern panhandle of WV (Charles Town)
I wish I can find more people in my area that has had wls I need to go to a support group so bad. I moved here from MD and I am truly needing some suupport out here.
I am a regular at the MD forum. But I come here to check what's cooking every so often.

I always need to be accountable to myself and so I used to keep my food intake at fitday.com
But I have joined sparkpeople.com and I love that site. You get so much help there recipes, advice on exercising at home and stuff. maybe you should give it a try.

You need to jump start your body back by going back to basics. You had the RNY?
The 5 day pouch test will help you to get back to basics and you will lose a few pounds too.
How many grams of protein are you taking in every day?
By increasing the protein and lowering the carbs and increasing your clear fluids will also help.
