Just wanted to let you know I start my full liquid on Wed 8/27 and my RNY is on 9/10/08. I also think it would be nice to have a support group close by, I am driving from Parkersburg to have my surgery in Charleston. I am anxious and nervous, but also excited and very ready for this change. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers.

I use or buy both I use the instant when in a hurry but if I have time I just use the quick cooking they are a *****eaper the instant is all premeasured that makes it easier when first starting out.... and no waste......
I buy the flavored in the instant also for a change

One is on Tuesday's and the other is on Friday.

Hello West Virginians .... there is a good possibility that I will be assigned to a project in Charleston for about 6 months. I'm curious if there are any regularly scheduled support groups in the Charleston area? I had VSG (in Dallas, TX) on 7/9 and would like to attend some support groups (organized or un-organized) while on my project site.

Glad to hear that the dr is willing to do your surgery. Stay focus on the prize!! You will lose your required weight. Are they planning something like Optifast?

Hey girly! That's great he is going to do the surgery! And don't you worry, you WILL lose the required weight! It's very hard work, but just think of how great the reward is going to be! And 11 pounds!? Wow! It's a great start!!
