tomato juice or V8 juice with protein and the sugar free or no sugar added carnation instant breakfast I dont do these the instant breakfast since I am not a chicolate fan and thats the only flavor I can find here
and for the protein get some that is non flavor GNC has some that is called WHEY I have some from Sams that is vanilla flavored and it is good with puddings but with the veggie juice and rice [cream of rice]and so forth it doesnt taste very good...

Wow I hope you do well with your fill shots.
My husband was going nuts with finishing up with the very last semester right when he was going to have surgery last month. He now has a BA in Business. It was hard to focus but he finally finished.

Is there a certain number of carbs that a serving of baby food must not have before we can make it a part of our Stage 3 menu?
I'm more of a fruit than meat or veggie baby food eater, so I need to know before I get to Stage 3.

I felt a little overwhelmed today. Just finished the pre-op Nut class and test this am, then an American Gov. Test this pm. I did better on the former.
Felt like I could not focus in class. Must do better on Accounting test Monday. Then surgery Wednesday.
I have to say that just talking today about the shot of blood thinner they give made me dry heeve. I have no idea what I will do when I have to go get a fill.
