I have to say overall today was much better. Why? For one I am taking the Liquid Lortab even though I have this hugh fear of it. My family has drug addiction issues and I am always afraid to take pain meds in fear of getting hooked. One of them has already asked me for my left overs. I said there would not be any.
I do not get loopy and I am taking the small dose durring the day and the full dose at night to sleep.
I have done better today on the liquids and the protein.(I like unjury.) I do not believe I got it all in but let's say 80%. I can live with that.
I had my DH drive me to the office because my book came in today, and they had a little care package for me. They also sent me beautiful flowers. I got to show off my scars and how well I am doing. That made me feel better.
Now I am reading WLS with the Adjustable Gastric Band. I will let you know what I think of it later.

So far today is much better. I am taking a little of the liquid lortab to help. Coughing still hurts. I think right now a cough is going to be my soft stop. We'll see.
It is OK that you did not call. I slept some yesterday anyway. Think about it as you probably would have woke me up anyway.

am sorry I didnt call as I said i would it was such a busy day still no excuse I didnt get alot of a quilt cut out yesterday I made my grandsons top all in the same day I make my grandkids quilts every year for Christmas and some times for the 2 kids but not this year
anyway keep walking and drinking and belching the liquid tynolne does taste pretty bad but consider if you didnt have it at all teehee
I will leave you be and I do know it does get better
OH did DR. Neace shave for your surgery? I see him tomorrow and dont want to be surprised I am bad arent I?

. Site pain, and gas pain and I have tried it all but not much help. Liquid Lortab is nasty, but helps so I am taking some.
Walk, sip, sleep>< Has been the moto for the day. I did get a shower this evening and I feel a little less stinky. I did heave a few times last night and it me me burp like a cowboy. Today I have burped without the heaving so some swelling must have gone down.
I ate some thin cream of wheat and it was wonderful.
Drinking carnation instant breakfast in the blue box, some hot chocolate with unjury added and other liquids. Not gonna get in all of the liquids today but I will not beat myself up on that. I think my stomach has growled but that could have been gas too. Just wanted to let everyone know I am making it. I would say this is a 7 on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being bad) so things could be worst.
Now I am off for another small dose of the liquid nasty and another walk if I can.
