I was banded on Oct.1, I'm doing well. I am on full liquids, can't come up with any different ideas for the protein shakes. I have vanilla and chocolate, I did mix some chocolate with decaf coffee this morning, it was good.

I am doing wery well, Thank you for asking. I went to a movie today with the DH and resisted the Pop and PopCorn
! Yeah me. I got advanced to mushies today. Yeah me, again! I ate refried beans with some mozzerella and taco sauce topped with sour cream. Yummo. I also made one of eggface's recipies with ricota, parmaseon, marinara, and mozzerella. Again, Yummo! I did not get hungry in one hour and I am so happy about that.
I plan on going back to work Tuesday. Could have gone this week, but thought it would be good for them to miss me.LOL.

Joy, if you don't mind me asking what made you choose RNY, Dr Shin mentioned it to me when we met but to be perfectly honest I was so sick I could barely keep myse;f upright, so I didn't ask anything much and am relying on my DH for what Dr Shin said. Infortunately hes used to me asking a ton of questions and now we disagree on why he suggested RNY.
As much searching as I've done online I am so full of questions. I hope I don't drive anyone crazy.
