Willa!! It is great to hear from you. I am glad to hear DP is doing well. And to hear you are loseing again. I bet those grand kids are a lot of exercise.LOL.
I have lost 20 lbs total so far.
Exercise has been a challenge for me too. It seems like everytime I try to start something I get a new ache and the Chriropracter(Cracker) says I have to stop for a while. I actually got Wii-itis (pain in my shoulder from playing my wii). When the Cracker said that I thought it was a joke. So I am actually about to leave for the pool to do a little swimming. Opens at noon.
Tell DP someone in WV is swining chicken in her direction. She may get a laugh out of that one. Crystal

I am glad you are home and doinf well, i actually slept in a recliner for almost 2 weeks do to the should/chest pain/Gas that I had,It really helped to be reclined.

Dr Ahmad Bali at Thomas Hospital in Charleston did my surgery on Aug 1st, But I came home to 7 children,and 2 toddler ages 2 & 3 and where I did not take care of myself I ended up with a hematoma and by port flipped,Which was no big deal! But I need go in on Oct 23rd and had it flipped right,and never had the first pain from that..I also go my first fill of 4cc then and have lost well since then.So try to take it easy for a few weeks after surgery and you won't have a problem..It is not a bad surgery at all. My recovery as far as any discomfort was only 13 days. Never took a pain pill. Gladys

I haven't been on the board for awhile. Just thought I would let everyone know that I will be having my surgery on Monday Nov. 24. I have read all the ones who have had surgery since I have been gone. I hope everyone is doing well.

Hi Crystal I am here in Kansas and cannt get into my name for this so I have been using my daughters..... she had her surgery yesterday and her husband says she is doing ok still on the sleepy side so we havent talked to her she may be home Monday her doctor is going out of town for the weekend
we are going to be coming home before Thanksgiving it is a long story so i wont bore you
How much weight have you lost? In the first two weeks here I lost 8 lbs the largest weight lose since the surgery I cannt exercise sooooooo mine is slower than normal plus I wasnt doing things right and the band wasnt tight enough so all my fault any way maybe I am getting on the rightt rack

No problem AMB. Just glad to hear things are moving for you. I will be thinking of you Monday. Do not be afraid of the pain meds though. OOOOOOOO they were nice. Bet you will get more too.
I bet you will be just fine. All of this is temporary and then you can live like you have always wanted.
