I've been up watching the news since 11.30 last night, I'm nearly sick to my stomach. May God bless the souls of the 12 miners that didn't make it, and give the strength needed for the sole survivor to pull through. Liz

If anyone has any information as to a fund, can you please email me. I have been asked by people, including our school. I do not give to the red cross, I used to volunteer with them and know where the money really goes. Gary~ As of right now(Thursday morning) there hasn't been anything set up yet. As per CNN and WPXI(local news) it is in the mix, but hasn't come full circle yet. I will post when I know more. Liz

Gary~ Seeing as Randal McCloy got moved to Pittsburgh I've sent a card and check to Allegheny General c/o Randal McCloy Family. I sent it yesterday estimated arrival should be today. I was reading your post and had to chime in. I am from a town about 25 miles from Sago mine. I personally knew a couple of the men whom lost their lives. It is an enourmous tragedy. These families will certainly need all the prayers and comfort they can get right now. My DH has 2 cousins that work in Sago mine, they normally work night shift but since Sunday was a Holiday they were not at work. I am thankful that they were fortunate enough to be home and safe. The good lord works in mysterious ways and we should all cherish each and every day we are blessed with on this earth.
