Insurance question?

Hi all!! My parent's are interested in having the RNY. Can someone point me in the direction for more research on their insurance? Mom has medicaid and medicare, Dad has Medicare. I am willing to help them as much as possible otherwise. Thanks Kim

Kim, I do know that medicaid and medicare will cover the surgery if you meet the qualifications. My doctor is in Huntington WV and he accepts both of these. His name is Dr.Blaine Nease and he is a wonderful surgeon. I had surgery six months ago and I would never think of anyone else doing my surgery. I hope I could be helpful.
