Mary and I have not had the surgery yet. Curt is scheduled for the day after your seminar and Dr. McNatt is his surgeon. Mary is scheduled for Dec 9th, We cannot say enough about the way we have been treated by everyone at WVU hospital and the bariatric staff. The only problem we experienced involved the state PEIA insurance. We solved that by dropping PEIA and going exclusively with our military insurance and it has been smooth sailing. At your seminar pay attention to what they have to say. They mean every word of it. If you follow their lead, it will be a very simple process. It will be time consuming as you get all of your appointments and testing done. You have two hurdles to this surgery. One is that your surgeon must be convinced the surgery is right for you. The other is of course convincing your insurance company and the the hospital will assist with that. Mary Anne Yanosik is absolutley phenomenal of keep everything running smoothly. If you can get your insurance and doctor on board and you follow what you are told to do, this will work. E-mail us with any questions you may have.

Donna I had WLS at Ruby Dr McNatt 16 months ago. I am doing good and the hospital treated me so very well. Dr McNatt is a good surgeon and Mary Ann is still very helpful to me. Support meetings are a great help and I hope to see you at the next meeting. Oct 19 6pm
